Manzoni 2 Apartment offers a surface area of 55 sqm and is divided into three rooms: two spacious areas, each with a well-defined function, and a modern bathroom. The living area, which includes the kitchen and living room, is an open but well-organized space featuring a comfortable dining area.

The master bedroom is spacious and functional, equipped with a desk ideal for working and large wardrobes. The recently renovated bathroom includes a glass shower and a WC with a bidet shower.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, refrigerator, oven, sink, and a large worktop. The living room features a dining table for four, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a conveniently placed TV — perfect for moments of relaxation and conversation.

An iron and ironing board are available for guests. Laundry service is available at an extra cost.

The booking refers to the entire apartment, ensuring exclusive privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information to organize your check-in smoothly and enjoy a pleasant, worry-free stay.

It will also be necessary to provide the required identification documents for each guest, in accordance with current Italian regulations (ref. T.U.L.P.S. – Consolidated Law on Public Security).

Specifically:

Identity card or passport for EU citizens

Passport only for non-EU citizens (it is not necessary to send a copy of the residence permit)

This procedure is mandatory for registration with the competent authorities and is intended to ensure the safety and legality of your stay.

Access to the apartment is allowed only to registered guests who have been properly reported to the authorities.

For the safety of guests and the property, an external surveillance camera is installed, monitoring the common outdoor areas of the apartment. The presence of the camera is clearly indicated in compliance with privacy regulations.

Please note that any illegal activity within the property will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities, in accordance with Italian law. The apartment is intended solely for lawful use, in full respect of current regulations and standards of civil coexistence.

Furthermore, any tampering with, damaging, or disabling of the surveillance camera constitutes a criminal offense under Article 635-quater of the Italian Penal Code, which punishes damage to computer or telematic systems, including video surveillance equipment. Such actions will be prosecuted and reported to the competent authorities.

Free public parking is available about 30 meters from the property, ensuring greater convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Please note that breakfast is not included in the offer, and no food or beverages are provided within the apartment. Guests can either use the mini bar (payment via QR code) or take advantage of the numerous nearby dining options, as well as the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals.
